About us

The assessment material has been created and is designed by Impact Learning Services New Zealand (ILSNZ), run by Deborah Kinsella and Patrick Bourne.

We have both been involved in education since the mid 1990s, and since 2003 with a focus on assessment, both in language proficiency and in other areas.

Debbie Kinsella has worked with a Industry Training Organisations to ensure that their assessments and tecnhiques were valid, and Patrick Bourne has been accredited by the British Council since 2003. Patrick is also a certified TOEIC proctor.
